Alfaser is a service company established for solving the problems of the customers using electronic prepayment and/or multi tariff meters. These problems may arise improper use by the subscribers, production defect or unfavorable working conditions. The ultimate goal of our company is to provide full satisfaction to the customer. Currently, Alfaser provides its services to the customers in Ankara and Istanbul. Alfaser has the capacity and dynamism to extent its service network throughout Turkey.

Alfaser offers a comprehensive portfolio of maintenance and service programs that help you maximize the benefit on your Elektromed equipment, Elektromed has designed a mission-critical, 24-hour global service and support operation with a focus on converged solutions. 

In order to provide this, we have a qualified technical fleet of 60 vehicles and 60 qualified team members; 15 of them are in the head office and rest of them is in the field. When the customer informs Alfaser of his/her problem, The head office directs it to the field team nearest to the customer and our qualified technicians start solve the problem as soon as possible and the data processing unit coordinates the processing of a call from the customer, central on it and the technical team in the field. 

Elektromed’s electric, water and gas meters are designed to give high performance throughout their lifetime. However, in some areas the meters can be subjected to harsh conditions that adversely affect performance-making repairs necessary. To reduce downtime as much as possible, Elektromed have introduced a new for old concept that allows you to exchange a faulty meter for a new one.

Alternatively, the faulty meter can be repaired, in which case we invoice you for time and parts.
