The meters of Elektromed, which has TS-EN 9001-2000, particular institutes of standards approve Quality Certificate, passing through a high-level quality system in modern equipped facilities where technological developments are closely followed.
Each meter produced is calibrated one by one in order to provide service in an accurate and reliable manner. These calibration processes are made by optical sensors on electronic adjustment tables with high technology computer support and sealed. While all meters are manufactured in accordance with international standards, technological innovations are continuously followed.
In manufacturing and services, it took the necessary measures for decreasing the natural resource usage and waste production (and) for the continuous follow-up and protection of air, water and soil features.

We provide 7/24 quite prompt after sale service to app. 2.400.000 Prepaid Natural Gas and Water Meter end users overall Turkey. These figures are the data, which are taken as of May 2005. In our service network that we offer state of art developed technologies, customer satisfaction is considered as basis. Our firm has the leader status at the point of service. Our firm offers Maintenance and Repair Services of Natural Gas and Water Meters with Electronic Card in 10.000 m²-established area in Ankara with 60 service teams and 168 technical personnel. Maintenance and Repair Service is offered in Istanbul with 12 mobile teams and 27 technicians .Our immediate intervention teams are always prepared 24 hours a day in two points in Ankara and European and Anatolian side of Istanbul. These services are also offered with no interruption in special and official holidays.
